Del'Aziz is proud to be supporting Tap into WaterAid

Fresh, clean tap water is available free of charge at Del'Aziz. However, one in eight people across the globe are living without safe water. Left with no other option people are often forced to collect dirty water, the consequences of which are devastating.

4000 children die needlessly every day as a result of preventable disease caused by unclean water and poor sanitation. Del'Aziz want to change this and we thought our customers would like the chance to help too.

An optional 10p donation will be added to your bill for each glass of tap water to help WaterAid change this ­ Thank you. Your donation will be sent to WaterAid, an international charity committed to helping the world's poorest people gain access to safe water, sanitation and improved hygiene.

Clean water is essential for life, but one in eight people in the world do not have access to a safe supply and over 2.5 billion people still don¹t have access to effective sanitation services. WaterAid's vision is of a world where everyone has access to these most basic human rights.

Through supporting Tap into WaterAid you are helping to enable families to take the first steps out of poverty. With access to clean water and improved sanitation the health of community members improves, children are able to go to school and gain an education and women have more time to earn a living.
