Our highly trained small team of baker and pastry chefs, who throughout the day produce an amazing selection of breads, cakes, tarts, cookies, sweet and savoury pastries start the very early. Their aim is to provide fresh, hot croissants or other viennoiseries and breads for you to enjoy as soon as Del’aziz opens its doors at 7am. Trays of daily produce keep coming out of the oven until late morning where all very attractively displayed on the bakery counter… So if you do not see your favouite cake on display, please do not hesitate to ask our staff, it may just be coming out of the oven.

We believe that good ingredients produce good quality products and never compromise. Everything produce by hand , from scratch , using only the finest flour -Shipton Mill-, the darkest chocolate –Valrhona-, French butter –Lesure- & eggs, best available dried fruit and nuts, daily delivered market fruits and absolutely no additives.

Special Orders

Should it be a special birthday cake for 80 people , a flourless cake for a special diet, just a bunch of cookies or the ‘giant’ meringues that you may be after all can be arranged. Your special messages can be written. Please call the deli manager to discuss your requirements, possibly giving our bakers 48 hours notice. Space is limited for weekend orders, please order as early as possible.
